Returns
Can I return my order?
Yes, you can.
If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you may return them within 30 days of receiving your order.
The return must meet the following conditions:
- The order still contains all associated parts and components, and the packaging is in its original condition as received.
- Normal use of the product is visible; breakage or damage due to improper handling is excluded.
- Products where hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before being returned.
- The product was found to be defective immediately upon receipt.
- We reserve the right to charge the customer for shipping costs.
Returns are processed within 7 business days. If the return conditions are met, the return will be officially confirmed within this period.
We reserve the right to reject returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged without our fault.
How can I return my order?
If your order meets the above conditions, please proceed as follows to initiate the return process:
- Send an email to: info@beoros.com
- Make sure your email includes the following information:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photo of the product if broken or damaged
- Customer’s full name
- Customer address
We will then contact you and provide you with the correct return address.
Never send the return to the sender’s address, as this is not the correct return location.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
Consumers have a right of withdrawal according to the following provisions, provided the customer is a natural person entering into a legal transaction for purposes that are primarily neither commercial nor self-employed.
A. Withdrawal Policy
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of the day you or a third party named by you (who is not the carrier) received the goods.
Because we use a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately upon receipt. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process. A refund is only possible after we have received the returned goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us (BEOROS) via a clear statement (e.g. by email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The withdrawal is completed once we receive the goods. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
Tracking and Shipping Time
Since our goods are shipped from Asia, delivery times may be longer and are beyond our control. If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. Please wait until you receive the item and then return it to us. However, you can notify us of your withdrawal in advance.
To ensure quick processing of your return, please provide us with tracking confirmation.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding shipping costs (unless you selected a more expensive delivery method than our standard shipping). The refund will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your withdrawal and received the goods.
We will use the same payment method for the refund as used in the original transaction, unless explicitly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any fees for the refund.
